Ethan Lin is a dynamic entrepreneur of more than 8 years’ experience on sales and investment education. He is a certified MBTI® and DISC Practitioner, having obtained WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).

His signature program has been acclaimed by big corporates including DBS, Citibank, AIA, AXA, Prudential, Manulife, and over thousands of salespeople in public classes.

Tony has vast experience in data science and engineering, having worked in tech in Silicon Valley, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Singapore for over 6 years.

He is a Google Crowdsource Trainer on Machine Learning and has studied at NUS and Stanford SCPD.

Before Mindreader, he was a Software Engineer at Rakuten (Japan's Amazon), where he excelled in backend development, data engineering and cybersecurity.
